I made this purchase because it was a required text book for a Doctorate in Educational Leadership program. Although it appears to be geared towards those with an interest in education, as the name suggests, I do think it would be an interesting read for those with an interest in leadership, in general.At the time of penning this review it has been three years since publication, yet I was unable to find a used version (more often than not I purchase text books "used", if available). I am going to assume that most people decide to keep the book on their bookshelf for future reference, as I have already decided that this is a book I am keeping, as opposed to selling/trading it back.
